· All treatments and services are non-refundable

· Results vary; dissatisfaction alone does not qualify for a refund

Prepaid Packages & Memberships

· Non-refundable

· May be transferable at the clinic’s discretion

· Must be used within specified timeframe

Deposits

· Non-refundable

· May be applied to rescheduled appointments if proper notice is given

Products

· Unopened products may be returned within 7–14 days with receipt

· Opened or used products are non-refundable unless defective

Gift Cards

· Non-refundable and cannot be redeemed for cash

Exceptional Circumstances

Refunds or credits may be considered in cases of:

· Medical contraindication (with documentation)

· Provider-determined inability to perform treatment
