By booking or receiving services at Skin by Ashby, you agree to the following:

· All treatments are elective and results may vary

· No guarantees are made regarding outcomes

· A consultation is required prior to treatment

· A deposit may be required to secure appointments

· Deposits are applied toward your treatment

· Minimum 24-hour notice required for cancellations/rescheduling

· Late cancellations or no-shows may result in: Loss of deposit, or Cancellation fee

· Arriving late may shorten or forfeit your appointment

· After a certain delay, appointment may be rescheduled

· Services are provided at the provider’s discretion

· We reserve the right to refuse treatment if deemed unsafe or inappropriate

· Payment is due at time of service

· Accepted methods: Visa, Master card, Debit card, ATH movil, cash

· Promotions cannot be combined unless stated

· Packages are non-transferable unless approved
